Bacon’s London map of 1876 appeared in various formats and revised editions over a twenty year period, and was issued with editions of the popular and profusely illustrated ‘Old and New London’.

Wood engraving, sheet size 74.5 x 101 cm, printed area 70 x 98.5 cm, black and white, light wear at one or two fold intersections, laid on linen. Note in bottom margin: ‘published with part 69 of Cassell’s Old & New London’
