Coronelli’s Views of Whitehall & St Paul’s Cathedral

This view is from 'Isolario dell'Atlante Veneto', perhaps the last of the great Italian ‘island books’.

If Coronelli’s St Paul’s differs somewhat from the cathedral we know, it is worth bearing in mind that Wren’s building only came into use in 1697 and was officially completed in 1708.
