This map of Middlesex was published in Reuben Ramble's ‘Travels through the Counties of England’, an uncommon county atlas for children.
Reuben Ramble was the pseudonym of the Rev. Charles Clarke, who added vignettes of London landmarks to Robert Miller's map of 1821 (intended "to fix the counties on the recollection" according to his preface). The appearance of the Clock Tower of the newly built Palace of Westminster is projected; it was not completed until 1859.
